is there a website that says sexactly what a terms and conditions should contain if i want to start a browser game, for example? because i saw these websites have huge privacy policy and terms of conditions pages and i doubt they made them mannually, from scratch.. it has to be a template, somewhere

As a rule, website's terms and conditions are taken from a template. If necessary they are just modified a little bit by website owners. I think that none writes terms and conditions from scratch. People just find existing templates and modify as needed.

While it's a good thing to place Terms and Conditions, it's rarely that people/visitors read them. =)
