I recieved a notice of 25 dollars due to keep business going.
It started on paper Dec. 2010 and as of today I have done nothing with it.
Now I am ready (divorce over). It calls for a "Annual Statement"? If I have
not done any business, which I have not, do I just write that down and it
becomes my Annual Statement?
