I apologize to all if this question is posted in the wrong place..
Basically, I I am wanting to partner with a company in India who's expertize is related to the internet, and web development, and has the certifications for this type of business in India as a registered company. This partnership would be one where I would refer clients to the home company for services that would be rendered. In addition, having the company president come to the US for one on one speaking to corporations, and medium sized companies.
I my part in this relationship would be only to make first contact for the India company.
Any infomation on this type of relationship, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, the world is having tie ups with India for various service related projects.... Your engagement looks to be a normal one..... Should not be much of a problem, but do make sure that you check all the documents thoroghly... Also ask the agency in India to provide you with some references you can speak with that shouls be able to help get some idea on the genuinity of the company in India.... Hope this helps....
