Hello All,I was just curious as to what constitutes gambling online? Would it be considered gambling if a website lets users buy “credits" that can be used to purchase prizes (TVs, hats, toys)?No money would be exchanged from user-to-user.I apologize if a similar questions has been asked in the past; I checked the search fields but did not come up with anything.Thanks in advance for any help!
Laws vary by state. If your state has a lottery or gambling commission, they can tell you what is legal in your state. You may then need to place a disclaimer on your site informing viewers that they are responsible for adhering to the laws of their state.
