You should consider joining Advertising Specialty Institute. It's an easy way
to get into the promotional premium business. You pay a monthly fee but it
gives you access to wholesale pricing for hundreds of thousands of premium
items.

jebsca2, Take a look at the 10 Steps for Starting a Business. I do not think screen printing or promotional products would need a special license, but licenses are controlled by local and county officials. In addition to registering you business with the state, you will probably need to apply for a sales tax permit. This is controlled by the state. JimD
