What does everyone do for a mid-day pick-me-up?

Just curious, what do you do when you're hard at work but you need a burst of
energy?
Are most of you traditional coffee drinkers? Or afternoon power protein
people? Anybody take a walk around the block for fresh air? I'm curious to
see what the consensus is on what is most effective.

burpees. Vigorous, intense exercise helps your circulation and allows more
blood to rush to your brain and your skeletal muscle, and also makes you more
alert. I also sometimes walk around the block for fresh air.
