I am opening website that will contain apartment and townhome properties in Minnesota, the website is going to work is the property managment pays a monthly fee to have their listing on the website.
My question is, what type of forms do i need to fill out with this type of business? I asked another question a minute ago which is do I need to charge taxes in my case, so would I have to file for a sales tax licenses?
Please let me know the names of the forms I should be filing for.

You will need to register your business name and entity type with your state agency that handles such matters. You may also need a local business license. Your city clerk's office can tell you whether they license all business activities or only some, such as restaurants, that deal directly with the public. Your state revenue department can tell you whether you need to collect sales tax. In many states services are not taxed.
