just wondering if my corp never got off the ground,are taxes still owed and
what do i need to do.

officially dissolve it with your state agency that registers businesses. You
should be able to find a link to the appropriate form on your state's
business web site. You will need to file a final tax return and cancel any
permits and licenses you may have obtained, such as a local business license
and/or a sales tax permit.

is nothing that can be taxed and you may be able to write off the loss.
Just be sure to properly shut it down with the State of Incorporation and
file the loss in the year the company is shut down.
