Hello, I am not understanding this portion of the plan. My business has a name that I selected and a logo that I created. SO what do I type in this section? Thanks

  In that section you should list any existing, pending, or anticipated copyright or patent filings. Disclose any aspects of your product or service that may be classified as trade secrets. Also, list any information pertaining to existing legal agreements such as nondisclosure or non-compete agreements.
