where and how do i start?

I have been wanting to open a small "greasy spoon" in a neighborhood where I grew up, only problem is I dont have the finances or the credit that some of the local banks require,due to not so good credit. any info would greatly be appreciated, i found this website but Im still not sure where to turn.

Hi, please specify your business and the amount of loan you want to start
that business, because loan also depend on the amount, even you had a bad
credit but your loan amount is less then also you can easily get loan from
some financial company.
