Where can I find a gov't issued safety poster?

When I was a secretary in the USAF I was issued a laminated handout with a series of stretching exercises to do at the desk. That was 20 years ago. Where would I go in all the dotGov sites to find a poster, handout, brochure or whatever that I can download with exercises shown for desk workers. Or safety tips to prevent repetitive strain while working at a computer?

You can download some posters at http://www.osha.gov/Publications/poster.html if you go to google and type out 'osha posters' you can buy them, and also make sure they are valid.

Hi Sunni,I was unable to find a poster for your office. However, I did a quick search and found the National Institute of Health (NIH) Division of Occupational Health and Safety has a list of exercises and stretches that can be easily be completed at your desk. This page on ergonomics also provides additional tips to stay healthy while working at a desk. I hope this helps.
