I know many females that do not wish to work for other companies. The hard

starting a manufacturing business and want to know how to obtain the funds?
If so, first let me say that the only time you have an advantage as a woman
in business is when you are contracting with the government. Otherwise, your
sex has no bearing on your ability to secure a loan. What matters is your
ability to repay the loan.
Banks don't make loans for 100% of start-up costs. They expect you to have
some personal investment in the business, usually 20% to 30% of the needed
funds. You also need collateral for the loan, which is where real estate may
come in. Many people secure start-up funds from family and friends. You might
also look into leasing equipment rather than purchasing it.
