Ola, BuzGuy!)))) In fact I'm gonna make sales not only in States, but mostly to another countries - in USA i want to have a warehouse, because it seems the most convenient to me. So, don't you think that it's strange at least to pay taxes for sales outside of the USA? According to this logic I must have an operating company in every country, where I will effect a sale? Can I have in USA only a warehouse, but an operating business in other country?   Thanks, Marvin

Since you'll need to pay taxes on sales inside of the US you'll most likely need an operating company inside of the US, especially if you plan on warehousing the products there.

To ask a business lawyer would be the best way for me to do, but i'm a foreigner and there are no lawyers in my country who could consult me about registering business or leasing a warehouse in USA. That's why I came here to ask you about it)))) I really need your help, because I don't know any american lawyer, who could help me...))))   Thanks, Marvin

This sounds like a complex issuse. I am unsure from your question if you are going to be selling US or foreign goods.
