Where or who do you submit product inventions to for government/army approval?

I have a patented product That I would like to submit to the Army. It is a simple invention that saves water, time, and money and is very inexpensive to make. How or where do I go to submit my invention?

You can find a list of Federal purchasing offices at www.osdbu.gov/offices.html. You may also want to meet with a counselor at a Small Business Development Center or a SCORE office. Their services are free and they can discuss opportunities and methods to sell to the Army and other Federal agencies, such as the EPA, which might also be a good fit for your product.
