Your issue may be more about marketing then financing. If you have revenue, you should be able to easily leverage that revenue into a business loan. Look at a business cash advance or invoice factoring. You won't get a grant. For an investor, get out in your community and talk with other business owners or business professional.

Grants are not generally available to for-profit businesses. Your best bet is to seek a loan. To do so, you will need a well written, detailed business plan that includes at least three years of financial statements. A lender will also look at your personal finances. They will want to see that the business is making a profit, is paying its debts on time, has the income to make the loan payments, and other criteria.
