My husband and his friend are starting a computer consulting business in Atlanta - how do you go about figuring out which legal entity is best (i.e. limited liability, general partnership, limited partnership). Thanks!

Determining which legal entity is best for a business usually depends on the business owners' needs - in terms of risk/liability, taxes, investment, etc.
