White Label Contracts

I'll give you a bit of background before my question.
I started a company by my lonesome in 2006. I was a freelance SEO, mostly small business. After a while, I moved up to doing some very large projects (like international software companies). So the goal was to keep moving in that direction. About a year ago, I began to build my team in hopes of landing the bigger jobs, etc.
But, around the same time I really started pushing my team, we started getting a lot of requests for white label services (ie, a design firm would sell SEO service, but outsource to us). It worked rather well. So well in fact that the majority of our revenue is generated via white label services now. It's been a big shift.
And now my question. Does anyone have any experience with white label contracts? We will be talking to a few lawyers, but I wanted to see if there was anyone with personal experience. What sort of items do you put in there (terms, etc.)?
We are thinking a lot about integrity. Our biggest selling feature 'white hat' manner in which we provide SEO; so we want to make sure the people who resell it are keeping with that idea. We also want to ensure rate integrity, etc.
But I feel like I'm missing something else. Currently, we require a contract for every project, but would like to have just the one for each white label client.
I don't know if it helps, but to give some idea/feel for our message, you can read more about our SEO services here, and the White Label SEO side of things.
There's also an SEO Promise page. That's basically our 'way we do SEO' page (ethics). I want to ensure that our resellers are keeping with that.
Sorry for the long post, I just think it's important to see how we want to do business. Many thanks in advance. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
