Who am I?

Through out my whole life I was a creator for something revolutionary. In
1978 I came up with an electronic metering system and one application that I
developed was an electronic taxi meter. However I was not able to market it
due to inability to generate capital. I started an automated test equipment
business where I created both the hardware and software until end of the 90's
when outsourcing migrated the business overseas. So I went for contract
position waiting for another innovation. Now Here I am pursuing today
technology that utilize both solar and wind energy. Even though the market is
established I have new concepts to efficiently produce and manage
electricity. Now I am looking for grants but not sure how to go about it. I
am starting to create the system structure and specification.

counselor. I specialize in substance abuse, mental health, and criminal
justice. In 2011 our agency’s funding was cut by the government,
consequently I was laid off. My husband and I bought a store front with two
apartments where I plan on opening three different businesses. The first will
be a consignment shop selling all recycled items, the center and second part
of the building will be a coffee shop and the third will be a professional
office dealing with DUI’s and risk education. We have received some small
loans from our local bank; unfortunately the building needs new wiring and
plumbing. My husband is a carpenter and has done all of this, but we need the
work to be done by license plumber and electrician. Which was not in our
budget or our plans. We are looking for a cash flow and finishing funds.

Theres no mail box here ? You could get lost in the posts fast. In 1978 I
wanted to build a cordless phone and a CFL bulb. I was laugh out of my socks
by my co-workers. Just Do It. You dont need any-body. But it wont hurt to
try.

Ya, what a nightmare, a real one. My name is Shannon. When you fine the SBIR
grant you want you will come full circle back to SBA but your all-ready a
member. I work in your field, I'm pretty good... I don't feel I need the
grant. It all started as a joke. I wanted to frame the rejection e-mail and
bring it up later when I'm in the press. But now its not so funny, (not yet).
The paper work is hard to do. If you got some-thing really worh while, it
will go on its own merit. Try for a FIX grant and loan grants can crush a
business. Like Nascar "if you will", You can't win if your not around in the
end. Care to talk ? How does one chat here ?
