We develop the project about diabetes in Russia. Our purpose - to extend it is as much as possible information on this disease and on methods of fight against it. Thank you.

If you are not a U.S.-based company, it is doubtful that you can qualify for
funding from a U.S. government agency or program, such as the SBIR program
mentioned by KBurger. Have you checked to find out what types of funding may
be offered by the Russian government? You might look into funding offered by
their department of health. Otherwise, your best option may be seeking funds
from a private company, such as a diabetes drug manufacturer.
