Hey guys, first time user here but I had a kind of odd question. I heard the other day from someone that there might be a law with zoning and wholesalers that I have never seen or can find any information on. The Law states that: A business who is owned by a wholesaler that a previous competitor used to buy from cannot open within 2 miles of the competitor. My business operates in Oregon, and i've talked with a few people about this and they haven't heard of this law being a state or county law, but were not sure about nationwide. Is there anyone on here that might have any knowledge of a similar law? Or know where I can find more info towards this?
