We have a large network of nationwide lenders for small business loans (to help find the best banks for businesses seeking debt financing). As a result, we're trying to find out what people are looking for most in a lender. If you have a small business loan, why did you choose your bank? Proximity to your biz? referral from friend? referral from CPA/Lawyer? Other?Why were they the best bank for your business and how did you know they gave you the best terms? -My accountant recomended it, a friend from college. Was close to our building, but proximity wasn't a big factor-I asked for a loan and they gave it to me, didn't have time to apply to multiple banks and the rate seemed fine-I probably would've googled bank reviews because I had a hard time getting my loan renewed but ended up working out, and I have bigger things to worry about then my banker. It works...-
our bank offers good customer service. Free internet banking & free transactions as well. its the best bank.
