I am a Wisconsin Third Party vendor wanting to expand into the State of Michigan. I am a third party Indirect Automobile loan placement service between Credit Unions, Banks and automobile dealerships. I do not fund the loans ( broker license does not apply to us) Is there any rule or law about licensing in Michigan? I did read the requirements and it doesn't look like I will need a license to bo business in Michigan, however do I register the company anywhere?
may need to foreign qualify if you open an office or are considered an employee of this company. You may want to call the states office and ask directly.
