Hello. I have a question - if I am a DE corporation and employ someone in another state (with no office), do I need to have a business license or any other permit?
I know I will have to open a withholding account, I like to know if there is anything else I will have to obtain. It is a service business and I do not sell any product.

No, there are no special permits you need. However, you need to pay their state income tax and that might require some registration with their state. Check their state's employers page for tax payments.
I see. Yes I will have to pay corporate income tax & that might require some registration - that totally make sense.
I will contact with the state for details.
