I have a small 'Hot Shot' business in Texas. Let me explain, a Hot Shot Business is a trucking company that is on call for Oil and Gas companies that need something taken immediately to a location. It could be that the oil or gas rig is down and needs a part as fast as possible delivered. The term 'Hot Shot' means, Need picked up now and get it to the location 'Hot'. So the term 'Hot Shot'.
I am looking for help because two companies are signing up all the oil and gas companies with cheap contracts doing Hot Shot runs. When they sign the companies then I am left out in the cold.
One of my best customers would really like to use my company. We are talking the Big Oil and Gas companies, They will not discuss my business because they have a contract.
The two trucking companies are trying to monopolize the industry.
Any thoughts?
