Our company started in January 2009 and we have a patent pending on an energy efficient metal roofing system that looks like an asphalt roof and lasts a lifetime. Do to the economy we had to change the way we go to market to get our sales up and we've run out of working capital just as we've found the right avenue to get our product to market. Basically we're one year behind our projections. We are looking for investor(s) or a private loan in the $250,000-$500,000 range to get us through this extended ramp up period. Any ideas/suggestions? The banks/SBA can't help us anymore.
You might be able to find financing using your accounts receivables if you invoice your customers.
Or, better yet, if you have orders in hand, you can receive financing of up to 100% of those orders to complete the jobs - it is called purchase order financing and has been providing growing businesses with working capital for decades.
