Is is possible to have serveral non-profit business entities under one incorporation, if so, how does that work, legally? Anyone ever seen this before?

Yes it may and there should be also an existing universal rule to all those
under that one corporation besides that different and separate rules to each
of those included on it.

It is possible to have several for-profit businesses under one corporation,
but non-profits are subject to different rules. You may want to contact your
state agency that registers businesses to find out what is legal in your
state. You may also need the assistance of an attorney.
