Draft Environmental Justice Strategic Plan

Statement on the status of SBA's Draft Environmental Justice Strategic Plan

At SBA, we are committed to assisting in achieving environmental justice in each community we serve. This is about ensuring that environmental burdens do not disproportionately affect any one community or population.

SBA is committed to meeting the goals of Executive Order 12898, "Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations," which states that each federal agency should make environmental justice part of its mission. Our Draft Strategic Plan is currently in development and will be available for public comment in the near future.
