Notice of ACORN Funding Restriction

This notice serves to inform SBA grant and contract recipients of the funding restriction found at Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-117, Div. E, Sec. 511, 123 Stat. 3034, 3311 (2009), which states:

SEC 511. None of the funds made available in this division or any other division in the Act may be distributed to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) or its subsidiaries.
