Privacy Act Systems of Records

A Privacy Act “system of records” is defined as “a group of any records under the control of any agency from which information is retrieved, by the name of the individual or by some identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual.”

The SBA currently maintains 36 Privacy Act systems of records that were last published in the Federal Register on April 1, 2009 and are available at GPO Access website. To access the website, please go to http://www.gpoaccess.gov/fr/retrieve.html. Once on this page, select 2009 Federal Register, Vol. 74 from Federal Register Volume list and search on pages 14890 through 14928.
