Are you a small business looking for growth?  If you answered YES, Simple Steps for Growing Your Business has been designed for YOU!
This workshop series is an interactive program that provides small business owners and managers with the knowledge and tools they need to anaylyze, assess and grow their business.  It helps existing small business owners switch their strategy from start-up mode to growth mode.

Assessment

Examine your small business and identify opportunities for growth

Mentoring

Receive help from experienced mentors to develop a customized growth plan

Roundtables

Meet and network with like-minded entrepreneurs in your community

Workshops

Get tips on business fundamentals, key business tools, sales and growth strategies

Thursday Evenings:  6:00 - 9:00 PM

October 11, 18, 25, November 1 & 8

Cost:  $175 (for all 5 sessions)

Held at the Rochester Business Alliance, 150 State Street, Rochester, NY
