Small Business Administration District Director to Host a Small Business Roundtable in Sault Ste. Marie
DETROIT - The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Michigan District Office, in conjunction with the Michigan Small Business Development Center and the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce will host a small business roundtable on April 24, 2014 in Sault Ste. Marie. The Dialogue with the Director roundtable will allow participants to discuss issues such as access to capital, entering new markets or getting solid business advice from certified small business counselors. It is open to all small business owners and there is no charge to attend.
The roundtable is an initiative of SBA’s top ranking official in Michigan, SBA District Director Gerald Moore. He has visited each of Michigan’s 83 counties since his appointment in 2011. Small business owners are encouraged to share their thoughts on what is needed in the region to be successful. Additionally, small business resources will be on hand to share information on programs and services to help participants start and grow their businesses.
The roundtable begins at 1:00 p.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday April 24 at the chamber offices, located at 2581 Interstate 75 Business Spur, Sault Ste. Marie, 49783.
