Wisconsin Lender's List | Updated January 9, 2013

UPDATED: JANUARY 9, 2013

Once you have decided to apply for a loan guaranteed by the SBA, you will need to collect the appropriate documents for your application. The SBA does not provide direct loans. The process starts with your local lender, working within SBA guidelines.

The attached list show SBA specialty loan programs, SBA works with just about every lender and most credit unions in the State.

You may also speak directly with a local SBA representative by calling our Madison office at 608-441-5263 or our Milwaukee office at 414-297-3941

The list attached (in PDF and MSWord) contains lenders participating in Preferred Lnder Program (PLP), SBAExpress and PatriotExpress Loan Programs, Certified Development 504 Loan Programs, and Micro Lending Program. SBA works with almost every lender in the State and a number of Credit Unions.
