Register for a Booth on the SBA Expo ’05 Exhibit Floor

The U.S. Small Business Administration invites you to join in celebrating America 's small businesses by exhibiting at SBA Expo '05, April 28, 2005 (one day only), at the Washington Hilton in Washington , DC.

By exhibiting at SBA Expo '05, you may showcase your products and services to all attendees including government procurement officials, Fortune 500 company representatives and many small business owners from across the country including the Small Business Award Winners.

To visit the exhibit floor without registering for SBA Expo ’05, you must register on-site at the Hilton on Thursday, April 28, 2005 to receive a Visitor’s Pass.

Booth Pricing and Information:

Take advantage of our affordable booth prices:  

Small Businesses (500 employees or less)……………………………………………………………………$425.00

Each 8ft X 10ft booth includes: pipe and drape for back and sides, one six-foot draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket, two “expo floor only” personnel badges (per 8ft X 10ft booth), one ID sign (7in X 44in) showing your company's name, and a listing in the Exhibitor Directory distributed to all expo floor attendees.

This is a reminder that the exhibit hall is an opportunity for all exhibitors to display and provide information regarding their goods and services. Exhibitors are not permitted to conduct giveaways, auctions, raffles, or transact business. All exhibitors must obey all applicable laws, rules and regulations or risk losing their right to exhibit.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

Exhibitors may cancel their exhibit booth by faxing a written cancellation request to SBA at (703) 684-0015 . Cancellations may also be processed online by entering your confirmation number in the designated space on the registration link at the Web site. Cancellations requested by April 6, 2005 will incur a $150.00 fee. Cancellations requested between April 7 and April 19 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the exhibitor registration fee. After April 19, no refunds will be given. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
