Abstract:
The Office of Hearings and Appeals Case Tracking System (OHACTS) is a tracking system used to input, control, and monitor the workload and cases concerning Size and Standard Industrial Classification code appeals and other non-size cases of the Office of Hearings and Appeals jurisdictional areas. The OHACTS is also capable of tracking closed cases, which includes the issuing date, the deciding judge, appellant, docket number and type of decision. The system also tracks pending cases, recognizing appeals that are pending over 90 days, 60-90 days, or less than 60 days.

Purpose:
The OHACTS was developed to track the Hearings and Appeals caseload of the numerous Size appeals, Standard Industrial Classification code appeals, and Non-Size appeals.
