- This report is a state-by-state comparative analysis and rating of 2,235 procurement centers on their performance in contracting with small firms in fiscal year 1998. The 1999 report (based on 1998 data) is the first of its kind.
- Purpose:
- The purpose of this report is to provide small firms interested in doing business with the government with a tool for evaluating the small firm friendliness of procurement centers and to stimulate competition among procurement centers for small firm customers.
