Abstract:
This is an annual report to the House and Senate Small Business Committees. It reports the cost savings achieved during the year covered by the report through the efforts of our Breakout Procurement Center Representatives (BPCRs), evaluates the extent to which competition has been increased as a result of such efforts, and provides other information which the Administrator deems appropriate.
Purpose:
The purpose of this publication is to provide information on the Breakout Procurement Center Representative Program (BPCR) to the House and Senate Small Business Committees.
