- The SBA's Office of Technology publishes an announcement of upcoming
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology
Transfer (STTR) solicitations four times a year. The Pre-Solicitation
Announcement (PSA) includes information concerning the solicitations of the
ten Federal agencies participating in the SBIR program and the five agencies
participating in the STTR program. The PSA also includes general information
on the programs and information concerning offices and individuals to be
contacted at each of the agencies.

- The purpose of the Pre-Solicitation Announcement is to provide the public
and SBA customers with information on SBIR and STTR solicitations.
