8(a) Annual Review

Please be advised that it is time to conduct an annual review of your approved 8(a) business plan.  The Annual Review Update serves two primary purposes, which are mandated by statute.  First, the review addresses the issue of continued program eligibility.  Second, the annual review serves as an analysis of the firm's business plan and progress in the program, including a determination of whether the firm is achieving its competitive business mix.
