8(a) Change of Ownership
This location provides the requirements and procedures to be followed by existing 8(a) firms desiring to change their ownership structure. WMADO
8(a) firms are to organize their Change of Ownership requests in conformance with the provided directions and cover letter guidance.
Ø Prior to beginning this process, please: Communicate with your Business Development Specialist (BDS) by telephone, letter or e-mail and discuss these requirements, as well as your specific concerns.
Ø
Assemble the package as described and forward to your servicing BDS for processing. The required SBA forms are available for downloading.
