Community Express is an SBA loan program that helps businesses located in low to moderate income areas or for women, minority or Veteran owned businesses. This program includes free technical and management assistance, which is designed to help increase the loan applicant’s chances of success.

Attend a CommunityExpress Loan Workshop in your area and learn what you need to apply. You may also contact one of the Delaware District Office technical Assistance Providers.

Technical Assistance Providers

The SBA views management and technical assistance as a critical component to the development, growth, and success of the potential borrower.

This program is structured to ensure that the borrowers receive appropriate pre-loan and post-loan closing management and technical assistance.

Each SBA CommunityExpress loan application is submitted through a Technical Assistance Provider. A business plan is required.
