INTERNET CONNECTION

To view the "WEB-ARCHIVE" training courses found in our WEB-ARCHIVE Courses you will need to follow the steps and have the necessary equipment as described below.

1) Log onto the website http://www.readytalk.com/

2) Under "Participant Login", type the seven-digit ACCESS CODE (access codes are found on the training list page or directly distributed by the conference chairperson)

NOTE: First time users can visit the Support Website to make sure your PC has the necessary components installed to view the presentation. If you must install any plug-ins, you may be required to log into your computer as an administrator.

3) Follow the window prompts and proceed by accepting any security ceritificates that may appear.

4) You should now be on the web conference with an SBA logo visible on your screen.

 

TELEPHONE CONNECTION

1) Call the conference line by dialing 1-866-740-1260 (toll-free in the U. S. and Canada).

2) Follow the automated attendant and enter your seven-digit ACCESS CODE followed by the "pound" key. (access codes are found on the training list page or directly distributed by the conference chairperson)

3) During the call, please keep your telephone on mute to eliminate any background noise that may disturb others.

NOTE: Training classes are limited to 140 participants at one time.
