Individuals that are Homeowners and Renters must first register with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to obtain a FEMA Registration ID Number by calling 1-800-621-3362 or visiting FEMA ONLINE REGISTRATION.

The speech or hearing impaired may call (TTY) 1-800-462-7585.

Businesses may apply directly to the Small Business Administration for SBA disaster loans assistance.
