REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS "WEB-ARCHIVE"

To view the "WEB-ARCHIVE" training courses found in our WEB-ARCHIVE Courses you will need to follow the steps and have the necessary equipment as described below.

NOTE: First time users can visit the Support Website to make sure your PC has the necessary components installed to view the presentation. If you don't have Flash installed, you may be prompted to install Flash before reviewing the archive.

Choose the following link for more detailed ReadyTalk archive playback instructions or for information about downloading RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. Information

1) Select the course of interest

2) Under "Archive Registration", PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FIELDS (Name:, Email:, Phone:, Company:)

3) Once above is completed click once on "Register"

4) You should now be on the web conference.
