INTERNET CONNECTION

To participate in the"WEB-LIVE" training courses you will need to follow the steps below and have the necessary equipment.

1) Log onto the website ReadyTalk

2) Under "Participant Login", type the seven-digit ACCESS CODE (Please contact Dalal Henan or call 404-331-0100 x205 to receive the ACCESS CODE)

NOTE: First time users can visit the Support Website to make sure your PC has the necessary components installed to view the presentation. If you must install any plug-ins, you may be required to log into your computer as an administrator.

3) Follow the window prompts and proceed by accepting any security ceritificates that may appear.

4) You should now be on the web conference with an SBA logo visible on your screen.

TELEPHONE CONNECTION

1) Call the conference line by dialing 1-866-740-1260 (toll-free in the U. S. and Canada).

2) Follow the automated attendant and enter your seven-digit ACCESS CODE followed by the "pound" key. (Please contact Dalal Henan or call 404-331-0100 x205 to receive the ACCESS CODE)

3) During the call, please keep your telephone on mute to eliminate any background noise that may disturb others.

NOTE: Training classes are limited to 140 participants at one time.
