Certified Development Companies - Kansas
A Certified Development Company (CDC) is a non-profit corporation that is set up to contribute to the economic development of a specified area. CDC’s provide long-term financing for fixed assets through the SBA’s 504 Loan Program. CDC projects are a joint effort between the development company, the SBA, a private lender and the borrower.
