From I-55 North or South, take the Pearl Street exit. Most downtown streets are one way only. Turn right on State Street (first light). Go two blocks, then turn left on Amite Street. Then down four blocks and the building is on the corner of Amite and Lamar Streets. The Regions Plaza can be accessed from the back entrance (Amite Street,) side entrance (Lamar Street), or around the corner to the front entrance on Capitol Street.
