Area Office Four Offers Paperwork Reduction

Mid-year 994B Now Optional!
WASHINGTON D.C. – Robert Moffitt announced that Area Office Four will now allow the SBA Form 994B (a 3-page underwriting review) to be optional at mid-year.
As long as the agent and this office agree, the form will only be required once a year along with the contractor’s fiscal year-end company financial statement. This option will be on a trial basis and is currently being offered only by Area Office Four.  Bob Moffitt is the Associate Administrator of the Office of Surety Guarantees and has been instrumental in maintaining the viability of this program and reducing our participants’ costs of acquiring our guarantee.

SBA Forms Are On-Line

The SBA Form 912, 1624 and 413 (personal financial statement) are "fillable" on-line and other forms can be printed and completed.  We have been advised that all forms will be online and ‘fillable’ in the very near future. We'll keep you posted when the information becomes available.  The SBG department is excited about having the forms on line and we're hopeful that this change will facilitate more efficient service to your clients.
