• 7(a) Loan Guaranty Program - Participating Lenders
  The 7(a) program provides loans to small businesses unable to secure financing on reasonable terms through normal lending channels. The program operates through private-sector lenders that provide loans which are, in turn, guaranteed by the SBA -- the Agency has no funds for direct lending or grants.

    The list of lenders eligible to participate in the 7(a) guaranteed loan program in the Seattle District territory. Lenders with preferred status (PLP) are noted with an "X".  These lenders have delegated loan approval authority in many cases. 
    
    
    
• Certified Development Company (CDC) for SBA 504 Program 
  The CDC/504 loan program is a long-term financing tool for economic development within a community. The 504 Program provides growing businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings.  More information.
