Lenders, get Documents, Forms, Reference Materials and Instructions via email from the Fresno Servicing Center. All you need to do is email the request to the servicing center and in the subject line enter the topic in quotes. i.e. "Servicing Assignments". DO NOT USE CURVED QUOTES i.e. ” the email request only works with straight-line quotes. You then receive the attachments right away in your email box. Some of the materials that you can request are: Purchase Demand Kit; Transfer of Participation; Subordination Agreement and more. For all materials that you can request, VISIT HERE.
