What The SBA Region III Office Is And Does...

SBA has ten regional offices around the country that provide leadership, management and administration of all SBA activities conducted within their respective regional areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery of SBA assistance to small businesses
• Management of SBA field organizational structure
• Local congressional and business relations
• Coordination of local marketing and outreach activities
• Strategic and programmatic responsibilities for regional goals and objectives
• Regional small business advocacy
• Communications and coordination with headquarters program and operations management
• Other responsibilities to provide smooth regional operations
